- Eligibility
- Affiliates must be at least 18 years old.
- Affiliates must own and operate a platform (website, blog, social media page, etc.) that does not contain content that is unlawful, offensive, misleading, or in breach of advertising standards.
- SimmonaBeauty reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.
- Commission Structure
- Commissions are calculated on the net basket value of the product order (excluding delivery charges, VAT, and discounts).
- Commission is only valid for first-time customer registration and orders tracked via your affiliate link.
- The affiliate link must be the last click before the sale. If another marketing channel (e.g. Google Ads, retargeting) follows your click, your commission may be invalidated.
- Cookie Policy
- SimmonaBeauty operates a 30-day cookie window. If a new customer makes a purchase within 30 days of clicking your affiliate link, and no other click overwrites it, you are eligible for the commission.
- Cookies must be accepted and not blocked for sales to track correctly.
- Commission Rates
- 30% commission on all eligible product sales (excluding delivery, VAT, and discounts).
- Commissions apply only to new customer purchases i.e. the referred user must register and place their first-ever order through your link.
- No commission is paid on sales made by existing customers (those who already have a registered SimmonaBeauty account).
- Commission applies to product sales only. Services (if any), gift cards, and warranties are excluded.
- Payouts
- Commissions are paid after the order has been dispatched and the 28-day return window has passed.
- Payouts are subject to minimum threshold requirements as outlined by our affiliate platform.
- Payments are made monthly following successful validation of qualifying orders.
- Ineligible Transactions
- Sales made by existing customers.
- Orders where a voucher code not supplied via the affiliate programme has been used.
- Orders that are returned, cancelled, fraudulent, or not dispatched.
- Orders where the tracking cookie has been overwritten by another channel.
- Creative & Promotion Guidelines
- Only use banners, links, or copy that has been officially provided or approved by SimmonaBeauty.
- You must not create content that falsely implies an official partnership or representation of simmonabeauty.com.
- You are not permitted to:
- Use paid advertising (e.g., Google Ads) to bid on SimmonaBeauty-branded keywords.
- Use misleading domain names, pop-ups, or hidden affiliate links.
- Include SimmonaBeauty’s trademarks in your URL or appear as the official store.
- Voucher Codes
- Voucher codes are rarely provided by SimmonaBeauty for affiliate use and when they are provided:
- You may only promote voucher codes provided directly to you by SimmonaBeauty for affiliate use.
- Transactions using unauthorised or expired voucher codes will not be eligible for commission.

- Compliance
- Affiliates must comply with all UK laws and applicable advertising regulations.
- All content must be truthful and must not mislead or misrepresent simmonabeauty.com.
- SimmonaBeauty reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account that is found to be in breach of these terms or deemed to be operating in bad faith.
- Termination
- Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time, with or without cause.
- On termination, the affiliate must remove all SimmonaBeauty assets (banners, links, logos, etc.) from their platforms.
- Any unpaid commissions on qualifying sales before termination will be paid in the next payment cycle.
- General Provisions
- SimmonaBeauty reserves the right to modify the terms of this programme, including commission rates and payment structure, at any time. Affiliates will be notified in advance of any major changes.
- It is the affiliate’s responsibility to keep up to date with these terms and any changes that may occur.
- Participation in the programme constitutes acceptance of these terms and any future updates.
